Are you "shoulding" all over yourself? It usually goes something like, "I should have done laundry / gone to the gym / said no to dessert / and well, you get it. With each "should" we add extra weight on our shoulders and it manifests as shame and guilt.
The next time you find yourself covered in "should," replace it with the question I share in episode 84. It'll move you into a place of empowerment and action.
